Brand new to Buckler’s Mead Leisure Centre in 2013, our fitness suite hosts an excellent range of equipment from Cybex
We aim to provide you with quality equipment and a friendly and professional experience throughout. Our gym has treadmills, arc trainers, exercise bikes, the ever popular Concept2 Rowers and a Technogym Wave and step machine
We have a multiple resistance machines and dumb bells ranging from 2.5kg to 50kg. In addition to this we have a power rack and lifting platform, Olympic bars and a Dual Functional Cable Pulley
The gym is fully air conditioned and has Freeview TV on our CV equipment
We aim to make our gym a relaxed and friendly environment where everyone will feel comfortable to come along and exercise whatever their fitness goals or abilities, so why not come along a take a look!
Great news! Customers are no longer required to book Gym and ‘Swim for All’ activities in advance. All customers are reminded to check-in at reception on arrival
I wanted to tone my abs ready for my holiday but going weekly to this session made me realise how much better my posture was and has even helped with my backache at work
I wanted a class that would help me get back into the pool – the instructor was fabulous and really made me feel welcome and comfortable and since coming regularly I’ve really noticed big improvements in my fitness
