Our gym at Axminster Leisure centre is well supplied with training equipment for everyone and anyone who wants to get active and improve their fitness

We aim to create a community friendly gym that has 28 stations with a great selection of resistance and cardio machines.  We have a wide range of freeweights including dumbbells and kettlebells, plus a squat rack, Olympic bars and bumper plates

We have Dual Adjustable Pulley machines, a dip station, swiss and bosu balls and a specific stretching area for after your workouot

Our popular GP Referral PULSE classes run throughout the week during which time a specifically trained instructor will be on hand to ensure you can exercise with confidence no matter what your health journey has been

Teen gym sessions are run during the week.  During these times the gym is open to the public, but a dedicated member of the team is on hand to motivate and inspire students to achieve their fitness goals.  The specialist instructors will also provide advice on how to progress and develop their gym workout with independence and confidence

Our exceptional instructors are with you every step of LED’s established 3 Step Journey to help you on your way to a more active life, we also have a team of amazing Personal Trainers who will be able to give you that little extra boost just when you need, keep you motivated and ready to make the best of yourself!
