• If 100 or more guests are eating a sit down meal during the daytime there will be no hire charge
• If 150 or more guests are eating a sit down meal during the evening there will be no hire charge.
• Discounts may be given for block bookings and regular bookings.
• Discounts may apply for non-profit making clubs, societies, and charities. (Discounts do not apply on Fridays or Saturdays)
• Further discounts may apply if the bar take exceeds £2000
• Each booking will be considered on its own merit.

Lounge Bar

• The Lounge Bar can be hired for the evening subject to availability, staffing and events in the main hall. This is generally only available during off peak season.  Hire Charges range from £150 to £300 per night.
• If 80 or more guests are eating, there will be no hire charge.
• Further discounts may apply if the bar take exceeds £1000.
• Each booking will be considered on its own merit
