We offer a range of classes to suit your individual needs. Some of these activities are occasionally over subscribed and stop during the school summer holidays. Please telephone, email or enquire at reception for more information.

Studio Cycling NEW!!

BodyKnown as 'spinning' by many, this workout is great for cardiovascular fitness, works wonders for your legs and glutes, and guarantees to give you what you came for. Our friendly motivating instructors will keep you going every spin of the wheel and for every calorie burned!!

Studio Cycling is on:
Monday @ 6pm
Tuesday @ 6:15pm
Thursday @ 6pm
Saturday @ 9am

CIRCUITS

The traditional no frills, all action approach to fitness training. Set in the main hall, we have the space, equipment, and instructors to give you an all-over workout like you've never had before. Take your workout to the next level!

BOXERCISE

Boxercise

BOXERCISE is a class to blast away the stress, a chance to focus some energy, and learn some great new ways to keep fit and get fitter.

Boxercise is not intended to teach you how to box, but you will be shown and encouraged to throw your strikes safely and effectively. With some contact pad work, this class is totally unique and will hit you with some hard results, fast.

CARDIO KICK

Break down those fitness barriers with this fighting fit class. Truely inspiring and sets the pulse soaring every time.

PILATES

This modern classic centralises and focuses your body and mind. Great for mobility and control, works wonders for the waistline, and plays a key role in reducing many muscular and joint aches and pains.

MASTERS SWIMMING

Despite the name, this session is really only geared at the more serious swimmer wanting to swim to a programme. Whether you want to train in sprints or for stamina, there will be a a training card to suit you. This session is great for general fitness, stamina building and for burning those calories. It is not an instructed class so you can just come along, pick your programme and swim.
The Masters session is on a Wwednesday evening at Sidmouth Swimming Pool from 8pm- 9pm.

AQUAFIT

SwimAquafit is a fantastic way to keep fit.

This low impact excercise offers comfotable resistance with the water, and with our friendly and motivating instructors you are sure to have fun along the way.

Both evening and day time classes run at Sidmouth Swimming Pool, so there is something for everyone.
