We offer a range of classes to suit your individual needs. Some of these activities are occasionally over subscribed and stop during the school summer holidays. Please telephone, email or enquire at reception for more information.

Wednesdays: Aerobics 7.15pm - 8.15pm

Mind & Body

Mondays: Pilates 8.00pm - 9.00pm

Tuesdays: Pilates 8.30pm - 8.30pm

Wednesdays: Pilates 10.00am - 11.00am, 11.15am - 12.15pm, 12.15pm - 1.15pm

Fridays: Pilates 6.30pm - 7.30pm
