Welcome.

Here at Exmouth Leisure Centre we have two heated Swimming Pools, a Fit4 Gym, Dance Studio, Function Room, Four Squash Courts and a Sports Hall. We run a full programme of exercise classes, swimming lessons, a crèche and much more!

Fully Equipped Fitness Suite

Our fitness suite is fully equipped with a large variety of cardio-vascular and resistance machines.

Each cardio-vascular station comes complete with built in LCD Freeview TV's and digital radio for personal entertainment whilst you work out!

Need a fresh challenge? Try one of our NEW pre-designed workouts, carefully crafted by our fitness team to challenge and motivate. These are available in 3 levels, to ensure there is one just right for you.

We will also be launching regular gym challenges set by our team to challenge and motivate your sessions.

We have everything you need to maintain and increase your fitness levels whatever your age and ability from, 16yrs +. You'll need to have a health check and induction with one of our instructors before you get started. This is to ensure a safe training environment and also to guide you towards getting maximum benefits from the equipment.

Swimming Pool

We have a 25-metre main pool and a learner pool, and both are heated to a temperature between 29ºC and 30ºC.

We offer a wide range of sessions, including our 50-week programme and Dolphin sessions for junior swimmers, swimming lessons and Masters sessions for adults and adult and baby, and our popular FunSplash session with inflatable, and Funswim with selection of floats.

Swmfit

With gym style session cards, personal challenges, and expert help and guidance, British Gas Swimfit is the free pool-based health and fitness programme from wimming experts the ASA.

WaterWalkerz

The latest craze to sweep the nation has come to Exmouth !!

Experience walking on water - quite literally!

Climb inside the giant human hamster balls and run, walk, twist, flip, and roll on the water, without getting a toe wet.

Weekly on Sunday @ 4pm
