Exercise Classes at Exmouth Leisure Centre
We offer a range of classes to suit your individual needs. Some of these activities are occasionally over subscribed and stop during the school summer holidays. Please telephone, email or enquire at reception for more information.

ZUMBA FITNESS®
Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.
BOXERCISE
BOXERCISE is a class to blast away the stress, a chance to focus some energy, and learn some great new ways to keep fit and get fitter. Boxercise is not intended to teach you how to box, but you will be shown and encouraged to throw your strikes safely and effectively. With some contact pad work, this class is totally unique and will hit you with some hard results, fast. Classes at 7.10pm on a Friday, what better way to end the week, and more importantly, start the weekend.
BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP® is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody. It’s perfect for both men and women who want to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP®‚ a great starting point to develop strength and confidence.

BODYBALANCE
BodyBalance is the yoga, t’ai chi and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm.

STUDIO CYCLING
This workout is great for cardiovascular fitness on indoor bikes, works wonders for your legs and glutes, and guarantees to give what you came for.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
The traditional no frills, all action approach to fitness training. Set in the main hall we have the space, equipment, and instructors to give you an all over workout like you've never had before. Take your workout to the next level.
PILATES
This modern classic centralises and focuses your body and mind. Great for mobility and control, works wonders for the waistline, and plays a key role in reducing many muscular and joint aches and pains.
TBT'S (tums, bums & thighs)
Does exactly what it says it tin. Aerobic and floor exercises to focus on your TBT's
AEROBICS
Old School, but why fix it if it ain't broken? Gets you hot, burns calories as well as any other class and is taught with you in mind. Fun, Entertaining and rewarding.
YOGA
This modern classic centralises and focuses your body and mind, is great for mobility, and plays a key role in reducing many muscular and joint aches and pains.
CARDIO KICK
Break down those fitness barriers with this fighting fit class. Truely inspiring and sets the pulse soaring every time.
CORE CLASS
Take it easy and pull up a mat this is not. If you want the best exercises for your abs and core, this is the class for you.
AQUA FIT, AQUA FLEX, AQUA CISE
Fit -Water based exercise for ALL
Flex - Originally for bone and joint mobilisation and now runs as a class specifically for those aged 40+
Cise - Disabled access water based exercise.
SALSA DX, LINE DANCING
