LED has been chosen to become the local partner working alongside Sport England and The National Lottery to deliver a wide range of fun exercise programmes aimed for the 14-25 age group. 

This is a great opportunity to keep fit and learn a new skill, maybe something completely different.

Sportivate consists of six weeks of quality coaching of a variety of sports all for £15.00.

'Gold', 'Silver' and 'Bronze' awards will be given to those who attend regularly during the individual phases.

Trampolining at Honiton Leisure Centre - Commences Sunday, 8th January for 6 weeks between 10.00am-12.00pm

"Not for Boys" at Exmouth Tennis & Fitness Centre, a girls only tennis & fitness session to include Cardio Tennis, Fit Ball, SAQ plus other fitness activities - Commences Monday 9th January for 6 weeks between 3.30 - 5.30pm

Xpress Tennis at the Tennis Centre, learn to rally and play the game on lesson one - Commences Wednesday 11th January for 6 weeks between 4.00 - 5.30pm

Zumba at Exmouth Pavilion - Commences Monday, 9th January for 6 weeks between 5.00pm - 6.00pm
