NEW Exercise Classes at Exmouth Sports Centre

Don't be a 'Pudding' this Christmas come and try our exciting new exercise class taster sessions, starting at Exmouth Sports Centre from Wednesday 26th November until Christmas.

Wednesdays
Dance Aerobics 5.15pm – 6.10pm
A fun and challenging choreographed aerobic class.
Cardio Jam 6.30pm – 7.25pm
This class is lively, entertaining and focuses on creative funky dance moves and routines. Participants will move in rhythm for all-round fitness.
Cardio Kick 10.15am - 11.15am & 7.30pm – 8.25pm
Cardio Kick is a dynamic, motivating and intense workout that combines simple aerobic choreography with martial arts and boxing-based moves.

Gold / Tennis Gold Members – Free
Swim/Gym & Standard Members – £2.50

NEW GYM at Exmouth Tennis & Leisure Centre

We are excited to announce the opening of the new Gym facility at Exmouth Tennis And Leisure Centre.

The New gym has new state of the art equipment, with built in touchscreen displays.

The Equipment has been specially designed to benefit racquet sport fans, focusing on sports mobility, toning and floor work.

Jo Louis, manager of Exmouth Tennis and Leisure Centre, said: "As a former tennis player myself, I know how important it is to work on your general fitness and muscle tone as well as practising your shots and tactics.
With the installation of the gym, the centre has been transformed into a 'total tennis experience'."

The new Gym is already open for existing members to have a Gym Introduction - to book yours call the centre now on 01395 223355.

Also, there will soon be the addition of a Power Plate at the new gym!

5-A-Side now recruiting

Axe Valley and Colyton Leisure Centre's are recruiting teams for 5-a-side football leagues for the 2008/09 season.
The leagues are played on Sunday's from 4pm and games are 40 minutes. This is the third year the leagues will now be running so early applications are advised to avoid missing out. For further information or to enter a team, please call 01297 35235 or email jteed@ledleisure.co.uk

New Studio Cycling Session at Exmouth Sports Centre

Due to popular demand a new Studio Cycling class has started at Exmouth Sports Centre on Saturdays 10.30am – 11.15am, booking is advised - 01395 266381

 

 

Players wanted for Axe Valley Social Badminton League - Sign up now!

Axe Valley Leisure Centre is requesting players for a social badminton league. Games will all be played at the centre.
