NEW Fun Waterwalkerz sessions at Sidmouth Swimming Pool

 

If you thought walking on water was an impossibility then think again!! At Sidmouth Pool you can walk, run, tumble and laugh your way to fitness on the water in our fantastic new inflatable waterwalkerz. These are large inflatable balls which you can climb inside and run on water... but you'd better practice because its not that easy!! Inbetween running and standing you'll find yourself bouncing around inside as the ball splashes around in the water. You will be completely dry inside the ball, except maybe for the tears of laughter. This really is hilarious fun! Waterwalkers are a fantastic new addition to our weekend programme!

Saturdays 4pm - 5pm & Sundays 2pm - 3pm and 4pm - 5pm at a cost of £2.50 per Person, plus your normal swim fee.

 

New for 2009 @ Honiton- BODYPUMP

New at Honiton for 2009 is BODYPUMP! It’s the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat.

BODYPUMP® is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody. It’s perfect for both men and women who want to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP®‚ a great starting point to develop strength and confidence.

Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each one-hour workout. Please see the Exercise and Fitness timetable to the left for class times.

NEW GYM at Exmouth Tennis & Leisure Centre

We are excited to announce the opening of the new Gym facility at Exmouth Tennis And Leisure Centre.

The New gym has new state of the art equipment, with built in touchscreen displays.

The Equipment has been specially designed to benefit racquet sport fans, focusing on sports mobility, toning and floor work.

Jo Louis, manager of Exmouth Tennis and Leisure Centre, said: "As a former tennis player myself, I know how important it is to work on your general fitness and muscle tone as well as practising your shots and tactics.
With the installation of the gym, the centre has been transformed into a 'total tennis experience'."

5-A-Side at Axe Valley and Colyton Leisure Centres

The leagues are played on Sunday's from 4pm and games are 40 minutes. This is the third year the leagues will now be running.

New Studio Cycling Session at Exmouth Sports Centre

Due to popular demand a new Studio Cycling class has started at Exmouth Sports Centre on Saturdays 10.30am – 11.15am, booking is advised - 01395 266381

 

Players wanted for Axe Valley Social Badminton League - Sign up now!

Axe Valley Leisure Centre is requesting players for a social badminton league. Games will all be played at the centre.

Exmouth Tennis Centre customers can now get free high-speed internet access with a purchase from the Cafe or Bar (Terms and conditions apply).

So why not come and have a coffee and a bite to eat as you surf the web, check your emails or connect into the office.
