We have some fantastic activities for children throughout the school holidays, right across East Devon. Allow your children to make the most of the holidays, taking part in various sports-based games and activities in a fun, safe and supervised environment.

Our Holiday Activities will run from Monday 25th to Friday 29th October. Details of what is going on in your centre will be put on the website soon, although bookings for the playscheme can be taken now.

All Day Camps are Ofsted Registered, reflecting our commitment to safeguarding children whilst in our care.

 

kidZmix Day Camps

All our Day Camps offer children from 5 years+ a wide range of opportunities including:

- Adult Led Activities
- Free-play Activities
- Arts and Crafts
- Quiet Games

All activities are based on the children's preferences and we aim to cater for each and every child's individual needs. We aim to provide children with maximum fun, choice and enjoyment, whilst affording them opportunities to enhance their learning.

We offer full day care 08.30 - 17.00 as well as half day options.

pickNmix

Sometimes wet, sometimes dry, but always lots of fun! kidZmix activities offered in small measures - these include fun swims.

sportsZone

Opportunities for children to enhance their swimming, tennis and sporting skills. Crash swimming courses and sports specific coaching sessions allow children to enjoy the sports they love in a fun environment.

 

Day Camps Booking Information

Places are limited so please book early. Sessions may be cancelled if numbers are insufficient.

• kidZmix places can only be confirmed with payment.
• Refunds are not possible except in the case of illness, supported by a doctor’s note when up to a maximum of 50% may be refunded.
• Your child must be signed in and out.
• A medical questionnaire must be completed.
• Our childcare policies are available on request.
• Sessions are for children in full-time education from ages 5 to 11 unless otherwise stated.
• Please note that access to the vending machine may be restricted between 8.30am and 5.00pm.
• Please ensure that during Trampolining sessions, socks and comfortable trousers/shorts are worn (no jeans please). sportZmix children should wear clothing and footwear suitable for sporting activities.
• Suncream and hats are recommended for the summer months (especially for outdoor activities).

Day Camps On The Day

Drinks: There will be breaks during the day, during which we will supply water.
Food: Your child should bring a packed lunch.
Snacks: As days are long, we suggest that children bring healthy snacks for break times.
Money: Children do not require any money during kidZmix. Please note it is a kidZmix policy that children may not purchase confectionery during the playscheme.

Parents may view information regarding Ofsted standards or the set up of kidZmix at any time. Please ask for assistance. kidZmix policies are available from reception, they are also in the confirmation pack given at the time of booking. All staff are CRB Checked.
