Fully Equipped Gym

The Health and Fitness Suite is fully equipped with a large variety of both cardiovascular and resistance machines. We have everything you need to maintain and increase your fitness levels whatever your age and ability from 16+.You'll need to have a health check and induction with one of our instructors. This is to ensure you get maximum benefits from using the equipment.
